Tri-County offers community integration for students in our rural communities. The children have the opportunity to go to the post office, Wal-Mart, grocery store, and other stores in the community. The children are able to work on several goals and objectives during their visits. The students work on mobility skills, for example, they look both way before they cross the street. The community integration can be worked on daily or once a week, if they are younger.
