It provides a series of questions that will guide observations on environmental features and routines in a classroom. It will assist in planning adaptations in the classroom environment to promote the child’s full participation.

Use this checklist to evaluate personnel against a set of 38 criterion. The types of activities evaluated include: basic instruction strategies, facilitating interactions and facilitating interactions and facilitating instruction.

List of questions for family to focus on during an observation and an interview of the staff when they visit possible programs for their child to enroll. The observation part of those questions also can be used as one of "Environmental Assessment" to plan needed adaptations to accommodate the child's needs.
