Head Start, education, and early intervention. Compiled here is information
for administrators who are challenged with developing policies that lead
to inclusive comprehensive and coordinated services for all young children,
ages birth to 8 years, and their families.

Kids Together, Inc., a nonprofit organization co-founded by parents
and organized by volunteers, is designed to promote inclusive communities
where all people belong. This site contains a variety of helpful information
and resources for inclusion. There are sections for individuals with disabilities,

on inclusion. There is information about teaching in an inclusive classroom

by the Renaissance Group, a consortium of universities working to improve
the quality of educator preparation.

database serving teachers and school districts inWashington State. This
database/website provides information on laws, best practices, examples
of programs and recommended resources related to the use of inclusion
strategies by school districts for the provision of special education
services. It is located in The Building, a database of learning resources.
Early Childhood Research Institute on Inclusion

The Early Childhood Research Institute on Inclusion (ECRII) is a
five-year national research project funded by the Office of Special Education
Programs, U.S. Department of Education to study the inclusion of preschool
children with disabilities in typical preschool, day care and community
