Cindy, from White Elementary replied:

The main issue is one of getting appropriate staff for the rooms. Staff people who are team players, flexible with schedules, open to ideas of others and supportive of the needs of young special needs children. Not everyone has a classroom style that is conducive to working in a program of this type.

Julie, from Tri-County replied:
My biggest concern about developing a more inclusive program was whether or not we would be able to meet all the varied needs of the children and families we serve.

Pam, from Raintree replied:
None really. . . it was so long ago. . . I was too young and naive to be scared. One big concern was adding non-Montessori trained staff to the classrooms.
