Special Education workshops and seminars, general child development training, on the Job training with knowledgeable staff. Three years as supervisor of prekindergarten programs including ECSE responsibilities specifically related to Head Start needs and interim ECSE coordinator responsibilities with USD 259 in the absence of a Coordinator.

Julie from Tri-County replied:
We have worked closely with KUAP (Kansas University Affiliated Program) staff in preparing our personnel and families for inclusion. We participated in and sponsored a variety of inservice opportunities for our staff. We visited a variety of community programs to plan for how we could best work together.

Pam from Raintree replied:
I currently am a consultant for the State Department of Education, the Inclusive Network of Kansas. The focus is inclusion and resources for students with severe multiple disabilities. I have attended the Kansas Inservice Training System (KITS) summer institutes. On the job experience has also prepared me!
