When I began my career, I worked on a Bureau of Education demonstration project to develop model programs for early childhood and infant programs. I worked most recently for Northeast Kansas Special Education Coop traveling to inclusive programs around Northeast Kansas.

Pat, from Opportunity Preschool replied:
I have attended several inclusion workshops within Kansas. Numerous spontaneous and scheduled meetings with teaching staff help us to work together for an inclusive setting.

Suzy, from Barkley replied:
I took a 3 credit hour class from a state university on including the child with special needs. I have participated I various staff development activities through Ralston Public Schools on inclusion. I have done extensive inclusion with a variety of grade levels and teachers serving children with hearing impairments.

Robyn, from Bright Futures replied:
My clinical experiences with children birth to 16, with a focus on ages birth to six, and a wide variety of disabilities with varying degrees severity. These environments placed emphasis on inclusion and early intervention, as well as my schooling, volunteer environments, and other clinical experiences.
