Melinda, from Raintree replied:

Whenever possible, I use the Montessori materials available in the setting to accomplish my objectives. I also consult with staff regarding adaptations, equipment, and modifications to the environment or process. I also meet regularly with parents and the rest of the team to review program, problem solve, update on programming, etc.. If environmental modifications are needed, I might make them, order them, install them, or consult on the installation.

Pat, from Opportunity Preschool replied:
I work with the child usually within the classroom setting to help them improve motor skills in classroom activities. I talk with teaching staff within this setting to collaborate on approaches and programs to meet students needs.

Robyn, from Bright Futures replied:
To develop adaptations, modifications, or compensations for the child in his/her classroom and to facilitate inclusion for the child in all classroom activities as well as educate on the importance of inclusion for the child, the child's family, other children in the classroom, and all team members.
