Chelie, from White replied:

I am a member of two teams that meet weekly to plan for the needs of all the children in inclusive classrooms. I have the opportunity to be involved in seven different classrooms and work with the children and teachers in those rooms. As a team, we plan interventions to meet the children's needs and integrate services across disciplines.

Carol, from Barkley replied:
I interact with all children just as the classroom teacher does. Individual intervention is saved for children with speech/language needs.

Helen, from Opportunity Preschool replied:
I assist in placement of children with special needs in classrooms, in securing paraprofessionals and special equipment, arranging transportation, and in consulting with parents and teachers as to progress and any special needs.

Lana, from Bright Futures replied:
I provide language services within the classroom setting.

Laura, from St. Ben's Infant/Toddler replied:
I see a student within the context of his infant/toddler classroom. I've discussed motivators and behavior with his teacher and day care provider (as well as treatment methods).

Renee, from Bright Futures replied:
I provide services for children within the classroom setting.

Sarah, from Tri-County replied:
Collaboration with other team members, provision of inservices, parent night programs, monthly speech groups.

Sharon, from Raintree replied:
I provide information, demonstrate strategies to implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives, provide therapy, and work as a team member.

Suzy, from Barkley replied:
Same as my regular job role.

Tasha, from St. Ben's Preschool replied:
The classroom is "engineered" to meet the needs of ALL children. Group activities (large and small) facilitate speech /language skills for everyone.
