Nancy, from Opportunity Preschool replied:

During my employment with the Menninger Foundation (Projects with Industry) I trained adults with disabilities to complete maid and laundry work. I was also employed for Kansas Elks Training Center for the Handicapped where I matched adults with disabilities with employment opportunities in the community. In both of these jobs I worked with adults who were disabled and typically developing regarding acceptance of each persons strengths, limitations, and the overall goal of accomplishing the task.

Pamela, from Opportunity Preschool replied:
I've always had an interest in children with special needs. Most of my training has been informal and hands on, although I have acquired many of my CEU hours attending trainings on topics related to children with special needs. All of these experiences as well as my own experience as a parent has convinced my that inclusion is beneficial to all children.
