To assist the classroom teacher and work with all of the children.

Working and playing with the children on an equal basis. Encouraging and helping when necessary. Treating all students with the same respect and expectations.

I now feel that I am more involved in the planning for students. I'm included in the IEP process and the daily planning for each room I am assigned to. I enjoy being part of a team and working in different rooms.

To follow through with the developmental process that was implemented by USD 500.

I work with the children in play and guide them through their activities.

I rotate with team members in working with the children with special needs during a specific period of time. I sit in on team meetings and sit in on IEP meetings.

I'm not quite sure because of my employment only being three months. I do step in to help the teacher when she has to care for a child included in the program.

Help with areas that the child is delayed in.
